Mark is primarily focused on sourcing new investments. He also serves as the Chairman and CEO of Europlay Capital Advisors. Mark was a member of the original board of Skype until it was sold to eBay for $3.1 billion, and subsequently led negotiations for Joltid Limited to become a major shareholder of Skype post acquisition from eBay in November 2009, when he rejoined the Board of Directors. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Ozisoft Pty Ltd. which he sold to First Pacific Hong Kong where he maintained managerial control until a subsequent disposition. Additionally, Mark became the CEO and Chairman of Virgin Interactive after leading its management buyout from Viacom. He subsequently sold Virgin Interactive to Titus Interactive SA. Mark was also a founder and director of Packard Bell NEC Australia Pty. Ltd. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of Atomico and Iconical as well as the Chairman of Talon International. MCV called him “The Deal Maker” and published his Ten Rules of Negotiating.
