Senior Partner in the corporate, media and high technology practice group of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, one of the world’s largest law firms, where he specialized in sophisticated domestic and cross-border international public and venture capital transactions.

He started his law career at Hill, Wynne Troop & Meisinger, LLP, a leading Los Angeles corporate and entertainment legal practice, where he ultimately became a Partner.
